Suits you well
Editor Presentation
By Victor H. Labbe
Suits You Well is a game about a tailor shop working in a dictatorship state. Between the hammer and the anvil, watched closely by the government and the rebellious movement, working with spies and traitors, the player must make a choice between work and ethic.

For this concept, I had to create a Economical System using Excel, balancing between Money, Fabrics, and "Karma point" by working with or against the government.
A part of the game's system was created using Excel.
To represent the link between customers, the Dress Code, and the economic system, it use multiples formulas to calcul how much the customer will pay depending on his description.
The player can inputs different parameters to create a suit for his client. The client's satisfaction will change depending on the Client's nationality and his job.

To make this score, I used the commands =Index, =RechercheV, and I learned to use the =Filtre command to make changing parameters depending on the characteristics already chosen (in a bicolore tie, you cannot chose two times the same color).

Heavily inspired by "Papers, Please" and "1984", Suits you Well also takes ideas from games like "Imagine Fashion" and "VA-11 Hall-A", as the routine takes more and more place on the day as a tailor.
But when the dictatorship breaks this routine, the player will have to improvise, doing special jobs for the different groups... Or for themself.
